Implantation bleeding vs period

So I’m in a bit of a weird situation and would like to know if anyone has experienced this as well. I am supposed to be 9dpo according to my clear blue digital I hit peak on the 7th I bd that day. I recently removed my lileta IUD on sept 14 but today I did notice a little bit of pinkish blood when I went to use the bathroom I’ve been feeling horrible with nausea for the past 2 days but it could also just be stressed so I’m not sure what the symptoms could mean. I was wondering if this could be the beginning of my period or implantation bleeding. I am having mild cramps as well. the app does say I’m 5 days out so I’m not sure
