Welcome my baby girl, Velouria eve Webber! She was born via csection at 9:51 AM and weighs 9lb 4oz! She had a bit of a hard time breathing when she was born so she has to be in the NICU for a bit. Doctors think she'll be in my arms tomorrow morning, though
