I’m 18(F) and my boyfriend is 20(M). We’ve been together since I was 15 and I know I am young but I consider that I’ve always been considerably mature for my age and so is he. Our relationship has been everything I could’ve ever asked for and I am so grateful to share my life with him. He’s my best friend and every aspect of our relationship is just a dream come true to me. I know i’ll eventually get married to him, and even if we don’t get legally married I know we’ll always chose to stay together, it’s never been a doubt really. A couple of months ago, we were talking with my mom and I, out of nowhere, decided to “prank” her by telling her we were engaged.. and she immediately looked all scared like does she know something??? or at least that’s how I interpreted it and I asked what was wrong and she played it off saying “oh I know you guys will get married but i’m sure he would want me to help with the proposal so I would know” and she’s right lol so I didn’t think anything of it. BUT THEN LAST WEEK, out of nowhere, he told me that he bought a ring sizer and I was so confused lol cause he came over and he said “let’s measure our fingers just in case” LOL. And then we were watching tiktok on his phone and a engagement ring add popped up and mr. smooth said “oh look, maybe that’s a sign that you should propose to me”. I’m so confused guys, I don’t even work, i’m a full time student I don’t know how i’m supposed to afford a wedding and then will I still live at my mom’s? honestly that’s my only concern so idk, maybe my brain is making stuff up(?)
