Recommendation needed for an all-weather travel system stroller

Question

We live in the Rockies where we get heavy snow 5 months out of the year. I’m looking for the safest travel system stroller that can interchange with a safe car seat, bassinet, etc. 
We have an open budget, so all recommendations are welcomed. Thanks in advance!

Mountain buggy terrain is brilliant on snow and has a bassinet option. It also lays all flat so it can be used for naps when baby is older.

We love our city mini GT! It’s has a pretty small fold for a full size stroller, and a great carrying bag that you can fit all kinds of crap in for gate checking. I would probably grab a britax infant seat instead of the baby jogger one, just due to personal preference. I didn’t personally use the bassinet, but based on everything else, I’m sure it’s great. The stroller has an amazing push, super smooth and my guy is really comfy in it. We got ours second hand and it’s still going strong for my 2.5 year old. By far our favorite stroller for almost every situation.

Love love love our bumbleride. We have a twin model but I wish I had a bubble ride with my singletons as well. This stroller lasts forever. Lots of accessories like foot muffs and bassinet attachments and ride along boards for older kids. Sun protection in the fabric and the canopy folds all the at down to cover the entire seat and the seat lays all the way flat for the sleepers. All terrain air filled tires. Wish I had gotten one sooner. Best stroller we’ve ever had.
