Ok so here's my problem. I've been ttc for two years. My periods have been irregular my entire life one every 3-6 months. My doctor put me on birth control to regulate then took me off to try and get pregnant but it didn't work. I don't believe I'm ovulating like I'm supposed to. I spoke to my doctor today and she says insurance won't cover infertility treatments and wants to check my progesterone levels on my 24th day of my cycle. Without insurance I can't afford to cover the medical expenses to continue infertility visits and treatment. I've heard good things about clomid for people who don't ovulate and some stories about women who ovulate on their own and have still taken it with success. I have found some places online where I can order clomid myself without a prescription. I'm wondering if anyone else has gone down this path. Most of the places I've seen online that sell it kind of look sketchy. I know I want this baby more than anything in the world but I'm nervous about getting medication online. Anyone have insight for me?
