Boric Acid Suppository

Are boric acid suppositories supposed to make you bleed? id it common? i missed my period for 20 days which is semi normal for me since i was very emotionally stressed, usually happens for me, but i used a boric acid suppository and a couple of hours later i spotted, next day i had a full heavy period and now just a super light bleeding. Has this happened to anyone?
