How many have had success after miscarriage ?

My wife and I are preparing for an at home insemination and I’m a little nervous. I have a 12 year old son from a previous relationship and when he was 5 I got pregnant but lost the baby right at the end of my first trimester. Since then I’ve been wanting to have another baby but just hadn’t been in the right relationships now that I am and ready for another baby I’m just nervous since my last pregnancy resulted in a miscarriage. How many of you have had a successful pregnancy after a miscarriage? Would like to hear some encouraging stories to ease my mind!
