What are these on my arm?
I have these tiny red dots on my arm, not itchy and I don’t have a fever or other symptoms. I do have swelling in one of my fingers but that’s been on and off in one hand for the last couple days and I think that’s joint related, besides that should I be worried about these spots? Have you guys get them before?
