My baby has to have surgery 😭

Finally got my baby to a urologist after months of worrying about his circumcision not being done right, and the doctor said it needs completely redone and since he's developed skin bridges and adhesions from all the excess skin, he'll need to be put under general anesthesia for an hour long procedure. I'm so scared and feel like I should have noticed the problem sooner. He's so little, how am I supposed to let them take my baby for over an hour while I just wait? 😭 he'll be 11 months at the time of the surgery.
