Did too much 3 days postpartum
So this birth went really fast and I did not tear or anything. I was shocked at how decent I felt afterwards and coming home things feel normal down there almost.
But then I was a total idiot today and spent too much time on my feet. I also have been getting up off the floor a lot between my toddler and changing diapers. Now all of a sudden I don’t feel as great, my pelvis is starting to hurt, my abdominal area is kind of sore, and for the first time since birth I feel that “vagina falling out” feeling. I could just kick myself for not staying couch-ridden. I’m so scared I hurt myself or did some damage.
Anyone else push it, but managed to “heal” again?
