Yeast infection suppositories

Does anyone else experience burning the morning after inserting a suppository for yeast infections, i woke up this morning fine but after going pee it started to burn, has gotten slightly better as the day has gone on, I remember it happening last time I used suppositories as well but the yeast infection did end up clearing up, I am wondering if I should just keep doing the next 2 treatments or just go back to the doctor and ask for something oral to take. The only symptoms I had before treating was burning in the area and burning after I pee, no itching or discharge.
