My sisters boyfriend is trying to start his own security company and we've been waiting CCTV cameras out up for a long time so we bought a small camera set from him way back in July.

He works a lot so we planned the installation for about August. It didn't go 100% according to plan, it was a bit harder than anticipated so we left it like 1/3 done with the intention of him coming back to do complete them once I bought something they needed.

Well I did that a couple of weeks later and the cameras still aren't done.

I asked my sister when they were going to come back and she said "in about two weeks".... That was almost a month ago.

But now today they're taking a far drive to go see our dad and it's like, we've been waiting for you guys to finish this for months now. It looks crappy and stupid and we've got cables hanging everywhere.

Like my thing is, don't offer to do something (that we actually have paid for, he was just going to install for free) and then take months and months and months to complete.

Am I being unreasonable?
