Question

I saw that the brand beechnut baby food wasn’t good that it had arsenic in it. Not sure how true it is but does anyone have recommendations of stage one baby food to start?

Just make it yourself. It’s easier than it seems and you get into it.

1st option would be to make your own puree foods

Store brand I recommend plum organics
I did A LOT of research before having my kids. 
Making it is always best becuase you know exactly what you're feeding you little one. I know sometimes it isn't always a option. Sometimes you need a store option when traveling (plum) or you have a very busy, overwhelming 1-2 weeks ahead and truly don't have time or can't make babies food for whatever reason (little spoon). I have used little spoon and plum both are great options if unable to make babies food.
