Pregnancy belt

Hello beautiful ladies!

I have a question about pregnancy belts… I know I ask a lot but is because sometimes I’m skeptical about my doctor’s opinion.

I went in today because I had strong cramps that I thought were Braxtons Hicks contractions (30 w 5 d) and it wasn’t that. My doctor found out my ligaments are hurting and I can’t take the pain. He suggested to buy a pregnancy belt to support my belly. It was very painful and I was going crazy because I thought could have been Pre-term labor.

Any suggestions about which pregnancy belt is good and if actually supports the belly?

I am inexperienced. It’s my first pregnancy that makes it this far!
