Never thought I would be a NICU mom

Baby girl was born on the 17th via csection. Right when she was born, a moment of silence brought on a rush of NICU nurses. I kept asking if she was okay and they wouldn't reply to me.

She wasn't breathing right.

Once she got that, she wasn't eating right.

She still isn't.

She has been placed on a bilirubin light twice now.

I'm terrified. I want to take her home.

I know I'm lucky, some babies on this floor are 3lbs, premature, and very sick.

I pray all of our babies are healed and get to go home soon 😔🥺
