Hi so I’ve had a previous ovarian cyst before on my right ovary it was only 3.75cm, it was very painful I actually ended up not being able to finish my college internship at that time. I’d say in about 2months it shrunk to 1cm doctor never had me come back to make sure it was gone.

Now after that first cyst I’d noticed my menstrual was all over the place I’d even miss 2 whole months, well I ended up having 2 ovarian cysts this time. Right side reoccurring this time 3.9cm and left side had ruptured. During the ultrasound my left ovary couldn’t be visualized because of all the fluid from the ruptured cyst.

I ended up having my period about 5 days after going to the ER. I was on antibiotics to make sure I didn’t get an infection from the fluid inside. Doctors said it would come out during my period. The ruptured cyst was so painful I couldn’t do anything literally I couldn’t sit up or even walk or even use the restroom. The doctor said the fluid inside irritates your pelvis. It’s now been 5 days after my menstrual stopped I’m still having pain in my pelvis I’m worried has anyone had a similar situation??
