Pregnancy after Ectopic pregnancy HELP

Okay so please bare with me this post is long just to try to break everything down. Quick background I'm 23, I've had 1 live birth and at the end I had some complications i ended up getting an emergency c section due to fetal distress. Then one my son was a year I was pregnant again and had a miscarriage then 2 more times I tried and each time I miscarried. In April of this year 2021 I found out I was pregnant again, but unfortunately my numbers were slow, then I went to the ER because I almost fainted and felt super weak and when I peed there was some blood, I found out my baby was in my left tube and I had to schedule with my OB who went in surgically to remove. Now, November 2021 I'm pregnant again I'm so happy but I also don't want to get my hopes up because there's a chance it's another Ectopic pregnancy... My hcg seems pretty low to me

On 11/18/21 it was 20 (4 weeks pregnant)

On 11/22/21 it was 193

Looking back at my labs from my Ectopic pregnancy

4/25/21 was 75 (5 weeks)

4/28/21 was 220

5/3/21 was 283

5/4/21 was 320

I'm waiting for my doctor to call me back they said they were extremely busy yesterday and he hasn't had time to review my labs and order the next one.

Any woman have an Ectopic pregnancy then carry on with a normal one? Anyone have a second one and have to have surgery again? Stories? I feel alone and lost and I don't feel like my husband can understand the pain I'm in emotionally.
