Looking for a baby monitor with 2 cameras!

Any recommendations for a baby monitor with 2 cameras!

-non wifi

-good range

-mic to talk to my kids through the camera

- split screen

-screen stays on all the time. I don’t want it to automatically switch to sleep mode.

- my biggest complaint from my current 2 camera monitor is that when it’s in split screen, I can only hear from one bedroom. There is no option to have the sound switch from camera to camera every 15 seconds

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!!
