what can you eat after a c section ?

i’m starving i haven’t been able to eat food since monday and all i keep getting is jello and soup with nothing !! i have already passed gass and honestly it’s getting to me bc i am STARVING i just want to eat something other than jello  and soup with nothing

I have a feeling this is a matter of the dietary folks in the hospital having the wrong orders in for you. You need food to nourish and heal.

That's weird, I ate broth and jello for the first few hours/day after my c-section but once I felt I could keep down regular food I was allowed to order from the hospital menu. Not sure if you have some medical reason but would definitely discuss with your medical team! 
I remember scarfing crackers/peanut butter and milk in the middle of the night I was so starving! I would not be happy after days of no real food!

Tell your nurse to take you off a liquid diet! My nurse told the food delivery people to give me liquids because I told her I was nauseous during my surgery and I had to tell her to tell the dietary people to take it off!

Not sure what’s going on here or why you can’t eat. That definitely does not sound right. Are you in the hospital? Suggest talking through with a doctor as you need food and strength to recover!!
