I’m at my end with my husband and need to be away from him. Currently a SAHM so $0 income and have some debts in my name. My closest family is in Texas and I am currently living in Virginia. I can’t afford to just go get my own place, especially with joe expensive everything is right now so my best option (and the only way for support) is to move myself and my kids to Texas to live with my mom. How would that work? My soon to be ex is military and I don’t know if there are any rules or just custody rules in general that I must stay in Va. can anyone give me some info or advice? I don’t want to be arrested or have my children taken away from me all because I needed somewhere to live.
