5 weeks PP. Ovulating already?

I just started having a bunch of clear stretchy discharge! These others were from this morning bc I thought I was having cramps..I’m a first time mom and didn’t think I would ovulate again so soon. Thoughts? And I have a negative pregnancy test so not from left over Hcg

You can ovulate almost immediately after giving birth.

Yes, normal. I've actually always gotten my 1st period back at around 4-5 weeks pp so I assume ovulation happened around 2-3 weeks pp for me.

You can ovulate at any time after birth. For some women breastfeeding delays it but for others it doesn't
