Question about Vyvanse

I had posted something before on my doc prescribing Vyvanse for binge eating. I was just wondering for anyone who might know so I have to take it every day or can I just take it on the days I know I’ll feel like binging? I’m just asking because the pill makes me feel really high, like when I talk stumble on my words because I’m talking to fast, I get super hyper with intense energy and my heart races and sometimes gives me a little cheat discomfort. Would it be okay to just take it on the days I feel like I need it?

I can’t handle it at work because it makes me feel too hyper and because I’m at a desk job I feel very antsy and I can’t seem to focus on my work.
