I pierced my septum a few days ago and sometimes theres a stinging pain and there is crust around the piercing(i clean it 3 times a day). Is this normal?

Yes you put a hole in your body. It's going to hurt and crust and possibly bleed. If it doesn't heal up in the next few weeks then you should get it checked out. It's like falling down and skinning you knee it takes like to heal and it won't always be pretty.

Yes it’s a fresh piercing . But reduce the amount you clean it to about 2xs a day because drying out a piercing will definitely cause an infection . Swelling is normal I had it for a week but it eventually lightened up . I cleaned mines once a day and kept flipping it back and forth .

Totally normal. Will probably feel sore for a while. When I got all my piercings they told me to try and move it around a little each day to prevent it from “sticking”. It helped me a lot
