Nurse gave my 2 day old baby wrong dosage tylenol

Baby was being fussy so she suggested giving him Tylenol. When she was giving him the dosage I told her I was surprised he could have that much and she assured me it was different according to weight. About 20 minutes after she came in, crying, to tell me she gave him the wrong dosage. She gave him 5ml. She called the doctor and they said it should be okay. But we have to keep a good eye on him. I get it that mistakes happen and I’m happy she told me and called the doctor but I’m feeling nervous. He’s 9lb 8oz and the dosage for him is 1.25ml. He got a dosage for over double his weight. For 2-3 year olds. Had this happened to anyone????
