Anyone see a vvfl ?

So, I have 3 boys, I’ve been told I’m extremely fertile but I had a bilateral tubal ligation about 7 months ago, had a couple of complications from it. I ovulated somewhere around 1-7 this month. I have had normal period. 28 day cycle. But am now a week late and I took a test and not sure if there is a line or not. Feel like I am going crazy and don’t know my own body. Any help??
