I'm almost 8 weeks postpartum I'm trying to figure out this is a new pregnancy or this is just leftover hormoans? What do you guys think🥺

Oooo woooow .... Um unless you're on certain medications that may interfere with proper home testing then I believe you are pregnant again. Typically 3-6 weeks post HCG is cleared up. Considering your line appears to even have darkened a bit ....... Congratulations??
