Please help did i mess up my body?

So for the last 3 days I barely ate (just breakfast and dinner late at night), no lunch or snacks like I usually do, also barely drink water. I don’t get hungry often anymore and lost my appetite, also didn’t poop in 1-2 days. Im scared that I messed up my body somehow. Will I be fine?

Yesterday I had tea and large chicken sandwhich for breakfast and at 10 pm I had 3 pizza slices and ranch sauce I didn’t have any appetite to eat but I forced myself, does that mean I’m broken or something?
