Contractions started around 2:30am on 11/24. I woke my husband up and told him that I was hurting and I didn’t know if I had to poop or if this was the real deal. Needless to say the got very painful very fast. We packed up my daughter and dropped her off at my in-laws around 3:45ish by the time I got to the hospital I was already at a 7. Begged for my epidural but they said I had to get a full bag of iv fluids first. Got the epidural and almost immediately after I was at a 10. My water hasn’t ruptured yet. They let me labor down until my doctor got there. Within the first 3-4 pushes water broke. And within 4 contractions he was here.
