I have sienna 2 at bedtime. Got them prescribed grom the hospital & defiantly taking every day. I already didn't go frequently before baby. Can't risk constipation.

I was taking my stool softeners but noticed it didn’t help really and I got a pretty bad hemorrhoid from being constipated so I switched to fiber gummies and it’s helped a lot and I got medication for my hemorrhoid too .

My midwife suggested lax a day. I used it with my other 2 and it was great

I’ve used Miralax after each birth and it’s great at keeping things regular. If you still find it hard to go, try drinking a glass of prune juice. It’s nasty but pretty affective.

I took colace for the first week after delivery while my bowels came back online. I didn’t poop until 3 days post partum which is totally normal, and I kept taking the colace for a few more days until I became regular again with daily bowel movements.
I never needed a laxative & just drank coffee 😂
