As posted before our uncle and aunt took it upon themselves to host Santa Day at their house. He texted yesterday asking if we should go ahead and still do it (just family) without friends because of Covid. We called to ask if they are having doubts, they said not at all. The main issue here, one family member is sick who refuses to get Covid tested. My husband and his Brother have requested that for precaution we should all do a test the day of or the day before just to be sure. So my aunt is saying we are making such a big deal, the family member feels better now, and since they are all vaccinated, there’s no reason to fear! 🤦‍♀️

My uncle is now upset that it might be canceled because my husband refuses to go now and even said we should do our own mini Santa version! Is it wrong to ask the sick person to get tested? I mean what’s the big deal?!!!
