99.6 B temperature, 4 weeks pregnant by

Mommies, really need your help. I am 4 weeks pregnant, feeling cramping, a bit sensitive breast and 99,6 (37,5C) temperature. I can not say that this is the same as if i have had a flu or something, just a little bit fatigue and bad mood. Have anyone experienced that?

I already had a miscarriage(((
