Should I be concerned??

So I had some weird yellow/light brown when I wiped a little while ago. It’s not pee B/c my pee was light colored. No pain did have some mild cramping earlier & (what I believe are ) Braxton Hicks earlier today.

-also I’ve had a low grade fever since Wednesday night. Already went to urgent care & was tested for covid, stre & the flu. (All negative) but Tylenol won’t get rid of my fever completely. Baby has been super active today which is a little out of the norm since the last few weeks he’s been a lot calmer lately.
