Boyfriend not contacting, worried

Hello everyone, I've been with this guy for almost 3 years (living together also about same time), we took a little break and we are back together for over a month now working it out. We lived together for about a month again but he had to go back to UK. We had a small disagreement in the evening and i haven't heard from him yesterday at all and still no contact now (6am next day). I am extremly worried something has happened to him, he wasn't online playing his games yesterday either, his Instagram isn’t active... And i am not blocked or removed any where so I don't think he is doing it on purpose. I can't sleep, i'm really worried and feeling like throwing up. I have no one really to contact to Check up on him, he isnt close to his family and i havent contacted them yet for that reason (but they do know about me and have seen me, but considering they are in another country...). I was considering trying to message one of his okay friends on Instagram and just asking if he heard of him yesterday but i'm worried i'll look paranoid.

What should I do?
