How do you make things glittery?

Hi everyone! I’ve been using procreate for some time now on the ipad, but just curious as to how one would go about doing this… putting a glittery effect on certain things? Is this using photoshop?  Thanks!!

It honestly just looks like a drawing app that someone downloaded. Or they bought a brush pack for procreate/the app they have. I know certain apps will have different styled brushes (including sparkly ones) that people will use to just color over everything. Or you can look up a sparkly picture on google, use photoshop, and just erase away the negative space where you don’t want it to be sparkly. When it comes to this stuff, zooming in as much as possible and making your brush smaller will also help you be more precise. I hope this helps!!
