Never had a hemorrhoid before...just gave birth to my 3rd baby 11/26 and I didn't tear but of course I get my first hemorrhoid...do I call the doc? How do you know your hemorrhoid is bleeding when you just gave birth lol...bc every time you wipe its just blood so how you know it's from which one lol...also the packet I got from hospital says to put a witch hazel wipe on it...does that mean just on the butt or in between the butt cheeks near it bc im worried it would pop if in-between...
