No withdrawal bleeding

So I was taking the pill for two years and stopped October 30th as I wanted to be off all medication. While on it I did skip some of the “sugar” pills a few times which was ok by my dr. I skipped the last month before quitting and the previous month so it’s been a while since I did have a “period”. Whenever I did get my period I always got it three days after the sugar pills. (Can’t think of the correct name for them lol) It’s been a month and I have not had any bleeding or any sign of a period. I took two pregnancy test two weeks apart and both were negative. The first had what I am thinking was an evap line and then two weeks ago I got a definite not pregnant the pink dye Walmart test. Has anyone had this happen? I’m kind of getting nervous
