Bleeding around gestational sac?

I am 10 weeks today and was having bad pain in my lower abdomen so I went to the ER and they did an ultrasound and found a small bleed by the gestational sac. Has anyone had this and went on to have a healthy successful pregnancy?

Hey, I know this is a super late response, but I was just catching up on the June group and wanted to be an encouragement. I had this with my pregnancy with my daughter, and even had a lot of heavy vaginal bleeding in the first trimester. Super scary, but she was born full term and healthy, and now she’s a super active two year old 😊 I know it’s scary, but I just wanted to encourage you that it’s really common, and if it’s small, the outcome is likely to be good.
