babys quiet

im a FTm also PAL ,do babies still have quiet days at 30 weeks? my sons normally pretty active for the most part not like every hour all day but quite a bit here and there but yesterday and today ive noticed he’s pretty quiet. still moving just quieter. i had an appointment this morning and his heartrate was great but im just wondering if its normal for them to still be quiet some days??
