Can someone astral spy on you? If so how can you know? I think someone was astral spying on me my ears started ringing and I got the image of a person and felt a presence and it’s like they noticed that I noticed and the ringing stopped like if they left. I never astral projected I’m not sure if I sound crazy I’m also not very spiritual but I do have a strong intuition and it was in the middle of being focused on something and I lost focus as soon as the ringing started as if they had just started doo… if it’s possible are there anyways to protect yourself from astral spying?
