Got period at night, 9/10pm- cycle day 1?
Hi! If I noticed full bright red bleeding when I went to the bathroom after getting home 11/25 from thanksgiving dinner, around 9pm, does that count as cycle day 1? Or is it late enough in the day that 11/26 should be day 1? I’m seeing so many conflicting opinions on Google and want to accurately track my ovulation with the correct day 1. Thanks!
