TTC on TRT

We are considering trying for baby #2 but husband is on testosterone replacement therapy. I don't want him to stop as his health is affected by it. Anyone have luck getting pregnant in this situation?? Did it take a long time?? We conceived our first on our 1st try so I'm just genuinely curious...TIA!!
