What’s your birth plan?

Baby #1 I labored at home and then went to birthing center labored in water and then pushed while sitting on a birthing chair. Hoping to deliver in water this time. What about you mommas?

Just a thought about words like natural in terms of birth. 
ALL births are natural.
There is nothing unnatural about birth, regardless of how the baby comes out.

Home birth! This is my third baby. I had a terrible induction turned csection first baby, VBAC in a hospital second baby, and I just really really hate hospitals, and their policies are ass 😂 I'm birthing at home with a midwife and it's been such a refreshing experience 🤍

My plan is to have another VBAC! I had wonderful nurses for my second and my husband felt more comfortable since our hospital has a NICU should anything go wrong.
I’m hoping to go without an epidural now that I know what labor feels like and lean away from interventions like artificial rupturing of membranes unless absolutely necessary 😊

I'd LOVE to have a water birth with this pregnancy but realistically we are planning for a C-section for a few reasons. 
For one we are having twins and we feel safer having a C-section and secondly we are planning on having my tubes cut/tied.
Although the OB I've been seeing doesn't see any reason why I can't have a vaginal delivery if I wanted to.

Water-birth at hospital or home-birth. Both unmedicated. 3rd baby. Really depends how bad covid is if I go to hospital. If its riddled with cases there home-birth it is. Also i will not wear a mask in labor. Plus I'm a naked birther lol, just how it is.

I had my first vaginally with an epidural but none of us realised that in the 3 hours it took for the anesthesiologist to come to my room, I had dilated from a 5 to a 10 (it was my first so the midwife wasn't expecting that). So it makes me think I could potentially do it without an epidural this time. With this being said, I still want the option because I felt great after having it.. I like to keep an open mind about things like this, after all, it's rare things actually go to plan in labour and delivery..

My twins were born via scheduled c section. My daughter was a successful vbac. With my vbac, after being in early labor for 3 days and not sleeping, I felt I should get the epidural so that I wouldn't run out of steam when it came time to push, but I didn't actually feel like I NEEDED it at that point. It was placed badly and didn't work anyway, so this time I will be trying without.

I did an unmedicated birth at the hospital last time. I labored there the whole time since my water broke first. I unfortunately was on pitocin. This time I plan to labor mostly at home even if my water breaks first and have another unmedicated birth in the hospital. We don't have any birthing centers or midwives that do home births around were I live or I'd do that.
