Cramping before positive?

Has anyone experienced a lot of cramping before they tested positive? I’m on our 3rd round of iui and I’m 12 dpo. I’m cramping so I don’t know if AF is around the corner or it’s just implantation? I’m super anxious. I get blood tests in a few days.

I felt like my period was coming before I got my positive. So yes you can very well be cramping and get your BFP!✨ baby dust to you✨
