Choking without leaving marks
What’s the best way to avoid leaving marks when (consensually) choking your partner? I love when my SO chokes me but I’m terrified of him leaving marks and my family/friends/colleagues seeing them

OMG no he is NOT trying to hurt me lol I like it, and he only uses one hand and I can always still speak and tell him to stop. I just have VERY sensitive skin and even his stubble leaves serious red marks on my skin so that’s why I worry!!
