Sore breast/chest pain

I took letrozole this cycle and I know it can cause sore breasts. My question is, has anybody had sore breasts that has been confused for chest pain? I’ll get a random pain in my chest… mostly closer to my left breast and I have anxiety so of course my mind goes to heart attack 🤪 lol just wondering if anyone has had sore breast that has also felt like chest pain.
