Upper stomach cramping
For the past week and a half I’ve had this on and off ( worse at night) cramping/pulling sensation in my upper stomach and also horrible nausea. This feeling is felt worse at night and when I wake up. I don’t know if this could be that I’m pregnant. I got over my very faint period about 2 and a half weeks ago. Someone please help!
