Lost Momma

I had to get my left ovary and tube removed (it’s been a few years) my period has also been off since my miscarriage back 10/2020 I spotted for about 3ish days on day 29 of cycle. Not consistent but just once a day or every other. So I took a pregnancy test and it was negative. Still no period (5days later) but I have had time where my period is 30-43 cycle. Question is. If I’m not pregnant what do you think the bleeding was. Do I still ovulate every month? Why is my period so wacky? Any ideas help I know my OB would have more of an answer just too anxious to wait.
