Bleeding 6 weeks

Hi everyone,

Just wondered if anyone had experienced this and everything been ok?

Currently 6 weeks.

2 nights ago when wiping I noticed the lightest and smallest bit of pink blood. I wore a pad overnight incase I bled anymore but nothing. Last night I had bright red blood on a small pad, not enough to fill it, it probably covered about 30% of it. I wore another pad overnight just incase but nothing again. Bleeding seemed to stop. I’ve experienced no cramps at all and just wondered if anyone had experienced this? Is this just spotting? Or could it be something else? Tia x
