a anyone has had pink tinge then discharge!

Now I’m having pains on my left side and it switched to the right side of my uterus …my period isn’t due till next Friday but I have been gassy and also eating a lot.. this has been going on for one week now.. I also am very bloated.. I also took one test and it was negative. Do I wait till a missed period ?
