Decongesting babies sinuses

So my baby has RSV and he is super congested. We have a humidifier running and all but he is just so congested. I have the nose Frida snot sucker thing that everytime j use it he screams so bad even tho I don’t suck that hard :/ it breaks my heart to see him trying to breath out of his nose but he’s to congested but also screaming when I am clearing it.

How do you mamas do it? 😩 I wanna cry along with him when cleaning his nose but don’t wanna see him suffering trying to breath with congested nose 😩

I do use a saline spray before I suck out the snot but idk if it probably burns for him that’s why he screams? 😩
